According to the National Institute of Mental Health, nearly one in five adults in the United States live with a mental illness. With that being said, our mission at Prosperous Behavioral Health is to restore hope and improve quality of life of individuals with mental health illness.

Fanette Prospere MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Fanette Prospere received her MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and her BSN from Florida A&M University. Ms. Prospere, is a certified PMHNP by the the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board. Fanette Prospere is currently licensed in the state of Florida & California. Ms. Prospere's passion is to make a difference in the lives of others. Behavioral health field is a rewarding and challenging field. However, changing lives for the better is what keeps her motivated to continue within the field of behavioral health.

Ms. Prospere at PBH will formulate a well-define treatment plan tailored to your individual needs that leads to symptom relief in the following areas:

-Insomnia/ Sleep Disturbances or difficulties

-Addiction/Outpatient Substance use treatment
Visit Encounter
Initial encounter at Prosperous Behavioral Health (PBH)will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that may include pharmacological treatment and/or psychotherapy aka "talk therapy" to improve or manage symptoms.
1st Follow-up: typically occur within 2-4 weeks from the initial visit.
Ongoing medication management follow-ups: will be based on each individual needs; and duration of treatment varies.
Please note there is no "quick fix" with mental illness. Chronic mental disorders will require patients to have great adherence to treatment that may last for years. Therefore, it's imperative that patients adhere to treatment to improve outcomes.
